2-Hydroxyethylhydrazine 90% is a chemical substance with 2-hydroxyethylhydrazine as the main component and a content of 90%. The following is a specific introduction to its properties and uses:

Properties: It is usually a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid with certain hygroscopicity. It has a special odor, with a relative density of approximately 1.03 (at 20°C), a boiling point generally ranging from 218 to 220°C, and a relatively high flash point, about 73°C. It can be miscible with polar solvents such as water and alcohols, and also has a certain solubility in organic solvents.
Uses:
*  In the field of pharmaceutical synthesis: 2-Hydroxyethylhydrazine is an important pharmaceutical intermediate and can be used in the synthesis of various drugs. For example, it can participate in the preparation of some antibacterial drugs, antiviral drugs, and antihypertensive drugs. By reacting with other compounds, it helps to construct the molecular structures of drugs with specific pharmacological activities.
