CHEMICAL NAME: Carboxylate-sulfonate-nonion tri-polymer

Carboxylate-sulfonate-nonionic terpolymer is a kind of polymer compound with many functions. It is composed of three components: carboxylate, sulfonate and non-ionic polymer, so it has the acidic characteristics of carboxylate and sulfonate, and the mild properties of non-ionic polymer.
SN-3100 is an excellent scale inhibitor and dispersant. SN-3100 has a good inhibitory effect on dry iron oxide and hydrated iron oxide. SN-3100 is also an excellent dispersant for use in all-organic cooling water systems. As an excellent scale inhibitor, SN-3100 can also be used as a stabilizer for phosphate or phosphonate corrosion inhibitors. SN-3100 is used as a scale inhibitor in cooling water and boiler water, especially under pressurized conditions and in systems containing iron, zinc and phosphate.
The carboxylate-sulfonate-non-ionic terpolymer has good dispersion property in solution and can be used to prepare suspension agent, emulsifier, dispersant and so on. In the industrial field, it is widely used in paint, ink, textile, printing and dyeing, leather and other industries. In addition, it also has biodegradable properties, environmental friendliness, and can be applied in biomedical fields, such as drug carriers, biological scaffolds, etc.
The preparation methods of carboxylate-sulfonate-non-ionic terpolymer mainly include solution polymerization, suspension polymerization and emulsion polymerization.
