Trixylyl Phosphate(TXP) is an Organic Intermediate, Toxic by ingestion and skin absorption when pure. Produces phosphorus oxide gases during combustion. A primary hazard is a threat to the environment. Immediate steps should be taken to limit the spread to the environment. Easily penetrates soil to contaminate groundwater and nearby waterways.
TXP has good flame retardancy and can be used as a plasticizer for vinyl resins, cellulose resins, and natural and synthetic rubbers. It has low volatility, good water resistance, and flame retardancy. It is used in anti-crustion turbine oil, has good flame resistance and thermal oxidation safety, good lubrication performance, and is an extreme pressure anti-wear additive and thickener for lubricating grease. It is used in anti-combustion turbine oil, has good thermal oxidation stability and lubricity, and is used as an extrusion anti-wear additive for lubricating grease Plasticizer can also be used as flame retardant, wear-resistant and mold-resistant cable, PVC conveyor belt, artificial leather, foam, floor materials, and fire resistant hydraulic oil in metallurgy, electric power, mechanical engineering, etc.
