Diphenylketone is a colorless prismatic crystal with a sweet and rose aroma. It has a melting point of 47-49 ºC, a relative density of 1.1146, and a refractive index of 1.6077. Soluble in organic solvents and monomers such as ethanol, ether, and chlorofor, insoluble in water. It is a free radical photoinitiator mainly used in free radical UV curing systems such as coatings, inks, adhesives, etc. It is also an intermediate in organic pigments, pharmaceuticals, Chemicalbook fragrances, and insecticides. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is mainly used to produce bicyclic piperidine, benzotropine hydrobromide, diphenhydramine hydrochloride, etc. This product is also a styrene polymerization inhibitor and fragrance fixative, which can give fragrance a sweet flavor, and is widely used in perfume and soap essence. During storage and transportation, products should be protected from moisture, sun, and heat sources, and their temperature should not exceed 45 ºC.
Apllication:
1.Used for photosensitive resins, coatings, adhesives, etc. According to GB2760-1996, it is allowed to use food flavorings.
2. It is mainly used to prepare vanilla, cream and other essence and as a fixative. The use of benzophenone can be used as a fixative.
3.Its weak sweet fragrant leaf fragrance can be widely used in medium and low-grade essence, such as rose, fragrant leaf, sweet tofu pudding, mimosa, lily of the valley, sunflower, grass orchid, hawthorn flower, fragrant myrtle, oriental flavor and other essence. 4.Soap is also used as an antioxidant, and occasionally used in trace amounts for almonds, berries, fresh fruits, cream, nuts, peaches, vanilla beans and other edible essence. Application: Benzophenone is an intermediate in UV absorbers, organic pigments, pharmaceuticals, spices, and insecticides.
5.Used in the pharmaceutical industry to produce bicyclic piperidine, benzotropine hydrobromide, diphenhydramine hydrochloride, etc. The product itself is also a styrene polymerization inhibitor and a fragrance fixative. It can give essence a sweet smell, and is used in many perfume and soap essence.
6. Use Benzophenone is commonly used in soap essence, in the production of ultraviolet absorber, pigment, medicine and reagent, and is also a low-temperature quick vulcanizing agent of fluororubber.
