Applications:

 

• Polymerization Inhibitor and Telomerization Inhibitor: Used in the production of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) to prevent self-polymerization of monomers during storage and transportation.
• Oxygen Scavenger: Applied in the feedwater systems of thermal power plants to dissolve and remove dissolved oxygen, preventing equipment corrosion.
• Organic Synthesis Reagent: Serves as a crucial organic synthesis intermediate, functioning as an amination reagent for synthesizing amination products of aldehydes, ketones, and esters. It can also participate in cyclization reactions and act as a reducing reagent. Additionally, it is used in the synthesis of agrochemical intermediates, and may be involved in polymer material modification or used as an analytical reagent.
