Die thylamine ( DEA) is an organic compound with the formula C4H11N. It is Colorless transparent liquid with an a m monia odor. Die thylamine is an important chemical raw material and reagent, which is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, coating and other fields.
The following are some introductions and applications of die thylamine:
Chemical properties: Die thylamine is an alkaline substance that reacts with acids to form salts. It is soluble in water, but not in benzene. Die thylamine is flammable in air and has an explosion limit of 2-17%(V).
Preparation: Die thylamine is usually prepared by the following two methods:
a. ethano lamine process: ethano lamine is reacted with hydr ochloric acid to produce die thylamine.
b. Am monia process: Reaction of am monia with ethylene to produce die thylamine.
Application field:
a. Pharmaceutical: Die thylamine is often used in the pharmaceutical field to produce drugs, emulsifiers, sustained-release agents, etc.
b. Pesticides: Die thylamine can be used to prepare pesticides to improve the activity of pesticides and the protection effect on crops.
c. Coatings: Diet hylamine is used as a solvent in the coating industry to improve the performance and coating effect of coatings.
d. Petrochemical: Die thylamine can be used in the preparation of petroleum additives to improve the performance of petroleum products.
e. Textile auxiliaries: die thylamine as a textile auxiliaries can improve the softness, hydrophilicity and dyeing properties of the fiber.
f. Metal processing: Diet hylamine can be used for lubrication and rust prevention in metal processing.
Note: Die thylamine is corrosive and can * * cause skin and mucous membranes allergies. In high concentrations of vapor, it can cause asthma, which can lead to fatal poisoning in severe cases. Therefore, when operating and using diet hylamine, appropriate safety measures should be taken, such as wearing protective equipment and maintaining good ventilation.
