Ambroxane is a white crystalline solid with a strong aroma. It is an intermediate produced during the synthesis of ambroxane, which is chemically modified and processed to obtain the final ambromide. Ambron is a natural ingredient originally derived from ambergris, a substance produced by sperm whales that has a light oak aroma and amber-like warmth.
It is a synthetic organic compound often used as an ingredient in fragrances and essences. It is a synthetic analog of Ambroxan, a natural compound extracted from ambergris, and has similar aroma properties.
Function:
1.Perfume manufacturing: Ambroxane is one of the fragrance ingredients widely used in the perfume industry. It is used as a base fragrance to give perfumes long-lasting amber and oak notes. The aroma properties of Ambroxane are considered sensual, warm, complex and long-lasting, and it is often used in various types of perfumes, especially in amber, woody and cologne-based fragrances.
