DMAPA is an important class of chemical substances widely used as raw materials, intermediates, or products. For example, diamines are important structural units in the synthesis of polyamides and other condensation reactions.
N. N-Dimethyl-1,3-diaminopropane (DMAPA) is an important intermediate used in industrial preparations such as lubricants. In addition, DMAPA should have anti-corrosion properties as a raw material for preparing coagulants.
Main uses of additives:
(1) D213 ion exchange resin;
(2) Betaine series surfactants:
Lauramide propyl betaine (LAB), LAO, alkyl amide propyl betaine (CAB), and CDS betaine are raw materials for amide propyl tertiary amine betaine (PKO) and cationic polymer flocculants and stabilizers.
(3) Cyanide free electroplating additive: Peelable protective coating for electroplating. Amine organic brightener
(4) It can also be used as a curing agent and accelerator for epoxy resin, gasolin e additive, antistatic agent, emulsifier, fabric softener, asphalt anti stripping agent, etc.
Dimethylaminopropylamin(DMAPA) is mainly used in the production of auxiliary surfactants, such as personal care shampoo and liquid soap
