Introduction: 
Benzyl acetate, also known as benzyl acetate or benzyl acetate, is an organic compound with the chemical formula C9H10O2. It is a colorless liquid with a rich jasmine aroma. Benzyl acetate is insoluble in glycerin, but is miscible with alcohols, ethers, ketones, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. It is mainly used as the main component of jasmine and other extracts, soap flavoring agents and other spices and essences.
Widely used in the following fields:
1. Spices and condiments: pure benzyl acetate is used to prepare jasmine type flower essence and soap essence. It can also be used to mix cherry, apple, nut, raspberry, strawberry, almond, cranberry, apricot, peach, banana, plum, pineapple and other edible essence.
2. Solvent: Benzyl acetate is used as a solvent for resins and can be used for dissolving materials such as ni trocellulose and cellulose acetate.
3. Spray painting and ink: Benzyl acetate can be used in industrial fields such as spray painting and ink to improve the fluidity and adhesion of coatings.
4. Chemical synthesis: Benzyl acetate can be used to synthesize other chemicals, such as drugs, dyes, etc.
